First-year applicants to Caldwell University are required to submit official high school transcripts, with an essay and two letters of recommendation strongly encouraged. Students wishing to be considered for the St. Thomas Aquinas Scholarship must also submit official SAT/ACT scores. International first-year applicants must also submit an evaluation of their secondary school transcripts by a NACES-accredited agency, such as SpanTran, IEE or WES. For the Fall 2024 term, the Priority Applicant Status deadline is December 1 and the Regular Applicant Status deadline is February 1. Rolling Admission Status begins February 2

Transfer applicants to Caldwell University are required to submit official college transcripts from all institutions attended, with an essay and two letters of recommendation strongly encouraged. Students who have earned less than 30 college credits at the time of application must also submit official high school transcript(s). Transfer applicants who wish to apply to Nursing must submit and complete their application by March 1. All other programs will be accepted on a rolling basis.
